On this occasion we have prepared for you St. Martin's Day menu starring a goose, complete with red and white with St. Martin's wine.
We serve the menu from Friday 7 November to Tuesday 11 November 2025.
St. Martin's Day menu:
Aged goose breast with fermented pumpkin, hazelnuts and roasted pear puree 295,-
Goose kaldoun with vegetables and wide noodles 155,-
Confit of foie gras with potato shulanki, fried onions and red cabbage with apples 555,-
Fudge Honzovka with fudge sauce 159,-
