St. Martin's Day is here!
From Friday 8 November (from 15:00) to Monday 11 November (and onwards until sold out) we have prepared a full St. Martin's menu with the traditional goose in the main role.
What you can look forward to:
- Aged goose breast with fermented pumpkin, hazelnuts and roasted pear puree 295,-
- Goose kaldoun with vegetables and wide noodles 155,-
- Confit of foie gras with potato shulanki, fried onions and red cabbage with apples 625,-
- Fudge Honzovka with fudge sauce 159,-
