Every weekend our excellent chefs prepare different themed specialties for you.
This weekend (November 22-24, 2024) they are Leavened buns filled with shredded beef, accompanied by a mild horseradish sauce and fresh curry (395,- ; allergens:1,3,7,9).
Did you know that yeast buns have their roots in Renaissance cuisine? Back then, they were filled not only with fruit but also with meat and served as a nutritious meal after a day's work. We have revived this tradition in a modern way.
