If you request reservations and other services, we will work with the information you provide in your request. Most often this is an email address, first name, last name, possibly a phone number and your more detailed requirements.
We will process this data for the processing of your enquiry for as long as necessary. If we do not establish cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 3 months from our last communication.

If you are our customer, we will work with your billing and contact details and will keep a record of the services provided by us and the documents relating to them.
